Seems no definitive answer. Was suggested to me to try uninstalling and
reinstalling the video chain. This is a pretty big job and haven't bothered.

Hi
I am using windows 7 and the latest jaws 12 update. I am finding that if I
go to a website using i.e.8, jaws regularly loses focus and I have to alt
plus tab twice to get it back.
Any idea why this should happen? Otherwise, all is well.
