[jaws-uk] Jaws interface ideas

I would like to suggest that for this screen reader that when you are in
reed all mode pressing the down arrow key will move to the next line down
and keep reading.
Pressing the up arrow key will move to the beginning of the current line and
keep reading. If the up arrow is pressed when already at the beginning of a
line, IE if the up arrow key is pressed twice in quick succession. Then the
line above will be read and the screen reader will keep reading.
If the user wishes to stop at any point he will press the stop speech key
and the focus will reside at the beginning of the word he stopped on. To
confirm this to the user this word will be read out.
