Hi John and all,

John, you're so right, the problem went away when I rebooted. In one way
asking the question after rebooting is the logical process. However, I was
trying to avoid any problems which might have arisen if the issue persisted
after rebooting, as when the problem occurred I was having trouble using
speech to read text in e-mails, therefore had it continued, I may have sent
e-mails containing spelling errors, which may have meant my point didn't
come across clearly.
