You don't have to type in the artist or album title if you set cdex to connect
automatically to remote cddb, press f4 to open the configuration menu, press
ctrl tab until you reach remote cddb tab, then tab to a check box labelled
"connect automatically to remote cddb", check this box and save changes, now
when you insert a commercial cd and launch the program, after a few seconds the
titles should appear in a list view.

Hi
I just tried it out and you can select the tracks as I said. I just moved
the arrow keys up and a bit to make sure nothing was selected and then held
down the control key and pressed the space bar on a couple of tracks leaving
some inbetween and then filled in the artist and album name fields and
selected the convert option and it just did the ones I had selected.
