Hi Toby

Ah, it sounds like you don't have the sound forge scripts installed.
There is a readme file which accompanies the scripts. Please go to=20
www.snowmanradio.com
and download a demo of them. The scrub feature in sound forge itself is
not very good, with the scripts it is much better.

Hello Brian=3D20
Thanks for your email. Could you explain a bit further as to what other
settings within Jaws have to change. I have ticked the box to
Differentiate between extended and num pad. =3D20
Is there anything else which needs to be done.=3D20
Also looking in the documentation for Sound Forge I note that the scrub
value has to be set via the preferences and set the value for scrubbing
but I can see that on the version I have as a demo.=3D20
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks=3D20

Hi

Yes I use those facilities on a very regular basis. Have you followed
all the setup instructions to train the location of the graphical
controls, to set the option "Differentiate between extended and num pad
keys" in the configuration manager, etc? It's all described in the
documentation. If you have not been through the customisation, it is
likely it will not work.

Hello I am looking at using Sound Forge 8 to edit audio. =3D3D3D20 Does
anyone use Sound Forge with Jaws and use the scrub keys. I have
downloaded the demo version but I can't seem to get the scrub keys to
work on the keyboard. Is the keyboard scrub keys only available in the
full version you pay for?
Many thanks=3D3D3D20
