[jaws-uk] Jaws Repair

I've tried to update Jaws through the Help menu.
An update was available, but just when I thought the installation was
complete, a message was displayed to the effect that one of the required
files was either damaged or missing, and I should run the repair, and try
installing the update again.
I've looked in the Jaws program group, expecting to find Repair in Tools,
but no such luck.
Can anyone help, please?
