Thanks for this, Pete. Will try the same remedy as, on reflection, the
problem is recent i.e. after installing IE7.

Regards,

Denis

Hi Denis,

I was having exactly the same trouble a few weeks ago, and I ended up
removing IE7 and rolling back to IE6, and so far I haven't had the problem,
I don't think it is an issue with JFW, I have several versions and they were
all affected by it, but now they are all ok.

Regards,

Pete H.

        Hello All,

        I am using:

        * Jaws 8.02

        * Xp Home

        * Internet Explorer 7

        * Broadband Internet connection

        When on an Internet page, I intermittently experience Jaws freezing
i.e. the keyboard does not respont to any commands and the computer has to
be re-booted. This often happens when using RETURN to click on a link. The
problem occurs on a range of websites even ones that on another occasion
prove to operate without problems.

        The problem can also rear its head when first calling up my Outlook
program.

        Any help appreciated, please.
