Sue, go to the view menu while in the list of outlook express messages i.e.
not actually reading one. Do this by pressing alt v
arrow down to Group messages by conversation and, if this is checked,
uncheck it.

Then make sure Show all messages is checked.

Cheers

Graham

Hi list.

When cursoring down my in box in outlook express, jaws is telling me that
some messages I've read are unread when I escape out of them even though I
have read them if that makes any sense. Some messages are collapsed, and
some expanded. If anyone understands what this means, please could they let
me know as I'm extremely puzzled.

Thanks.

Sue.
