Hello. This is Mostafa. I am using Jaws 18 with word 2010. Recently, I
began to encounter the following bug. When typing in word, it doesn't
allow me to type. It keeps saying: (Unavailable in microsoft word). It
also prevents editing the document nor even pressing space. However,
when I open the file menu, pretending to make some changes, I press
enter to return to the document, it works fine then but, it puts the
cursor at the top of the document. It is a very strange bug. Has
anyone encountered a bug of that nature? Is there any solution to fix
