Hi Tom,

I don't use Access but Jaws 14 is certainly giving me some strange behaviour
in Outlook 2007. At times it works fine and then it seems to treat some
emails that I'm reading as editable. I would expect this when I'm
forwarding or replying but not just when I'm reading a message. The upshot
of this means that you never know exactly how Jaws will behave each time you
open a message.

For example, I get a digest email from TheFriendMail for my Facebook
postings. With Jaws 13 these messages behave much like an HTML webpage in
that you can press the letter H to jump to the next heading and so on. Also
links behave normally too. With Jaws 14 this is sometimes the case and on
other occasions, pressing the letter H just inserts an H into the message.
It's certainly not consistent and is darned annoying.

Sorry it doesn't answer your question Tom but there may be connected issues
going on here.

If anyone knows what's going on I'd certainly be glad to hear the solution
if there is one.

Jamie

Subject: [jaws-uk] Jaws 14 and access 2007 tables

Hi folks,

I'm finding that jaws 14 is reading the wrong column in a simple access
tables. There are blank columns between the one I am focussed on and the one
jaws 14 is announcing.

I reported this during beta testing, but, got no response.

Is this me or is anybody else finding probs like this one.

Jaws 13 reads correctly. Though all jaws versions appear to have problems
maintaining announcements while tabbing through access tables.

Tom
