Hi all, apologies if this has been dealt with recently. Using windows ME, IE6 and JFW6.2 Jaws frequently crashes with the following message: JFW has caused an error in winMM.dll. JFW will now close" This only happens in IE6 and Eudora. I close jaws and when launching it again a windows error screen comes up and the PC crashes needing a re-boot. Today only this already happened 3 times in the last 2 hours. I've done a jaws repair and PC BugDoctor has found no problems. All virus protection is up-to-date, as are windows updates. The PC is clear of spyware/trojans. Any ideas please? Lastly, why is it that NAV gives a worm warning each time one installs a jaws upgrade from version 6.0? I've asked this of Freedom Scientific several times but to date they have not acknowledged the question.
