Mostafa, what type are these files? Are they in MS Word format, PowerPoint or
PDF etc? It would be difficult to help without knowing this detail.

Hello all:
my soul mate have shared some contexts at google docts with me, I
have tried to review the materials and found it unrecognizable and
unreadable with JAWS, anybody have experienced that sort ever before,
using JAWS ten and eleven, internet explorer eight, and windows XP
home edition.
when I click on the page it says:
app mode on and that is instantly followed by app mode off, and then
blank blank.
is there any patsh to solve this error?
if the subject encounter relevant to the FreedomScientific technical
support, please talk to them on behalf of me , since I' am not
entitled to address them directly.
any suggestion or recommend, that's tremendously would be appreciated.
