I'm sure I've seen people reporting this issue happening with Jaws and Windows 
Vista/7. I thought with Jaws 12 FS would've fixed it. Before wasting more Jaws 
keys I would talk to Sight and Sound or whoever your Jaws dealer is.

  Hi Andrew. In that case, a system restore is the only option I can think of
