Hi again Gopal,When in Outlook, press JawsKey+6 on the number row then alt+s for the settings menu and a for the advanced settings.
Just before the ok button of this dialogue you will find a couple of entries for MSAA support. The first of these is usually unchecked but may help. The second one is new to me and is set in my configuration to auto. The other options are enhanced and classic. You may wish to play around with these but I don't have any experience of how they behave.
Make sure that you only make these changes in the Outllook configuration rather than the default otherwise it may degrade the performance of the whole system.

Hi Phil, Yes after doing the MSSA (alt control insert M) command as you have suggested, JAWS is indeed reading out the information regarding the sender etc. However, I have to do it for every mail. Is there any one time command for making this a default setting? I have also made the screen reading setting to highlighted as suggested by Robin. Thanks in advance. The Jaws help for Outllook has the following paragraph concerning MSAA (Microsoft active accessibility). Read MSAA Information use ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+M. If information for the currently selected item is abbreviated or not read in full, perform this command. MSAA (Microsoft Active Accessibility) provides more details to JAWS so that the information can be read in full. HTH, Phil Medway. When using Outlook from the exchange server and whilst in the inbox, the up and down keys should help scroll between mails in the Inbox and JAWS should anounce the sender/ date etc depending on the settings. However, JAWS does not seem to announce the sender or anything at all but if I press enter it reads the mail. So now I have to press enteronevery mail to know who it is from, by reading a part of the mail. I have unchecked the reading pain in the view menu and have also checked the "read headers" in the verbosity options but no luck yet. How can I set it so that JAWS announces the sender/ recepient when Ikeyup or down through the inbox or for that matter through the sentitems.Any help gratefully received.
