Martin,

I've had some strange things going on as well in Outlook 2003 - mainly when
using Control+Left or Right Arrow to read words at a time. It seems to just
speak a couple of letters of each word and makes it very difficult to do any
editing.

Jamie

HI. I've had trouble with jaws nine, in fact it affected jaws eight too.
the problems I had with jaws nine were with it not reading messages in
outlook 2003 and IE 7 Tthis issue seems to have affected jaws eight too.
I don't think this is tipical though.

Wendy,

No problems here to date. XP Home, SP2 and all the general
applications you'd expect.

Regards,
Léonie.

Friends

Is anyone yet using JAWS 9 with XP Home Service Pack 2? If so, are there
any problems? I am asking for a friend, who is about to buy JAWS for the
first time. So far she has been using a cheap screenreader, but has not
found it as user friendly as she had hoped. Any feedback on JAWS 9 for XP
would be much appreciated.

Wendy
