John,

Thanks, I've tried that and the cursor is announced as being active in
both Internet Explorer and Firefox, however it only works in Firefox.
My wife has installed Rapore (the banking security software) which
can, I understand cause problems for screen reader users. I've tried
deleting it, from Control panel, however on using the Jaws cursor I'm
presented with two options: to continue the uninstal or to cancel. I
can't work out how to activate the option which would allow me to
continue the uninstallation as, using the left and right mouse buttons
nothing seems to happen. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I'm not sure why Rapore would cause a problem for Internet Explorer
(and not Firefox also) but its probably worth uninstalling the Rapore
software anyway.

Thanks,

Kevin
