leave internet settings as they are. you don't need to change them.

Alt N will access the information bar.

Please could somebody remind me of the recommended settings for Internet 
Explorer when using JAWS. or point me to where to find them in the help 
menu.
Also What is the key stroke for accessing the information bar in I.E. when 
you need to download a file which has been blocked.
