[jaws-uk] Indicating capitals

Hi,
Is it possible to have JAWS indicate capital letters while arrowing
through a document line by line, but not in dialogs, menus etc? I
want to be able to hear capital letters in the actual document in Ms
Word, but I don't want to hear about the capital letters in the names
of dialogs etc. Is this possible? If so how? I'm using JAWS 10.
