I think JAWS 11 works a lot better in Windows 7 than JAWS 10. That's the main reason really. There is Research It, Word index, a free DAISY Player called FSReader, etc, but Windows 7 enhancements in your case should be the main reason to upgrade. Hope this helps.

Hi all, I am currently using Jaws 10 and am considering upgrading to version 11. The main reason for this is that a friend is building a PC for me which will use Windows 7 Home Premium which does, I understand work slightly better with Jaws 10 as opposed to version 10. Is this correct? Also are there any other advantages in upgrading to Jaws 11?
