Well adding in here some off topic as well.
If you are doing Word Processing, Spreadsheets and data bases and some
serious Web Surfing there is no substitute for a desktop Pc or laptop
running either, Jaws, Window eyes supernova etc.

apple PCs I cannot comment on with relevant screen readers as I have never
used one.

Tablets are great for on the move, holidays long train journeys basic email
and internet, along with iphones with the voice over or android with
talkback the touch screen is clumsy and not efficient as a work tool you
can get hooked up with an external keyboard which makes access easier but
here you might as well buy a jacket with extra pockets to carry the device,
portable keyboard battery charger spare battery as they don't last long once
you start running access software.

I keep my phone for calls, gps sat nave, text and simple email and internet
if needed but most of the time i use android voice talk to dictate and send
text and make calls and get directions.
