Dear all:

I teach ICT at a school for students with VI. This coming term I am going to
teach some of them how to use e-mail. I am going to use Outlook because of
the accessibility issues of accessing e-mails directly via the web.

The skills I want to teach them are quite prescribed, coming as they do from
the CLAIT 2006 qualification. The skills are listed below. I have not used
Outlook in this context before and so I was wondering if people could write
down the combination of key strokes that are needed to complete each skill.
Not only will this benefit me but it will also benefit my students as the
"expertise" is not just locked into me.

  - Skill 3a is to access an incoming message
  - Skill 3b is to access an attached file
  - Skill 3c is to attach a file to an e-mail message
  - Skill 3d is to store e-mail addresses
  - Skill 3e is to recall stored e-mail addresses
  - Skill 3f is to store e-mail messages and attachments
  - Skill 3g is to reply to a message
  - Skill 3h is forward a message
  - Skill 3i is to create and format a new message
  - Skill 3j is to copy a message
  - Skill 3k is to delete an e-mail message
  - Skill 3l is to print a message and an attachment.

Thanks so much,
