You can perform a JAWS OCR scan on JPG files by selecting the file, then
press JAWS key + spacebar then O then F.
However, as these may be diagrams, I'm not sure how useful the scan results
will be. I've not yet found an application that makes diagrams accessible.
I
always get sighted help to describe diagrams. HTH.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Help with reading JPG
Hi All,
there are many academic texts that use figures to show their data or
conceptual maps. these figures have text within them showing relationships
more visually. However, they are often in JPG format.
Can someone provide help in finding a way how to read these? I have
attached
a figure from a journal of Business venture (2019) article as an example.
Note that I cannot read brail, therefore, getting a brail display output
will not work for me.
Thanking in anticipation.
With best regards.
