Hi Shirley all you need to do to create a new folder is keys ALT E and there
you go, if you have a folder called new folder it must of been created by you
or someone else.

I have a question to ask about Outlook express.
When I am working in OE on my laptop and I want to go from the inbox to let's
say sent items. I press control Y and then tab down, If I carry on tabbing
down I come to new folder. Does this mean I can create a folder for putting
Jaws UK into automatically?...
