Hi Barbara,I may be barking up the wrong tree here but this has been happening to me a lot lately and I was using Internet Explorer 7, so I removed it thus rolling Explorer back to version 6 and the problem disappeared. Is there a chance that you are accidentally using IE7?
I took Windows updates last week and noticed an update for Explorer 6, this might have a bearing too, so if you haven't recently used Windows update, you could take a look there.

Okay, I am in desperate need of help for this one as my computer is in danger of being thrown out the window I am so frustrated! I am using JAWS 6.20, Windows XP Home and IE 6. When I press Enter to go to a new Webpajge, a sighted person can see thepage loaded but for me, JAWS still reads the old page. If I Alt Tab out andthen back again sometimes I can then see the new page, but more often than not I need to shut down JAWS and open it again before the new page is readby JAWS. I hope this makes sense. It is very annoying as it means most timesI go to a new page I have to restart JAWS in order to view it but like Isaid, it is on the screen for a sighted person to see. I upgraded my memoryrecently so I don't think it can be anything to do with that. Any ideas? It's driving me mad.
