Do you think they are putting in codes just because they know how to do it? 
I thought they only did that on university web sites (smile).

    Yup, that's one of the problems with using frames, it's very difficult
to pin down a precise URL. It's particularly strange in this case, because
they only have the one frame, which suggests that frames probably aren't
needed to begin with.
