Hi,
I was using my Jaws 14 with Thunderbird.
I too found I had problems with opening e-mails etc.
It appears the problem is that Thunderbird upgrades itself regularly and
Jaws didn't catch up.
I am using NVBA with Thunderbird now and it works perfectly.
