Update on Friday last, well I did try hard. printed off your information. however I had no better luck than Martin the RNIB man who came on Friday,he had a go also. thing is it seemed a bit better, remember the desktop only does this. Jaws in Outlook express goes about for example Tahoma default underline and other unwanted detail so I cannot read or arrow down in peace. In the end Gave up. When I turn it off and re-loaded the system it said " the system is recovering from a serious system error, not nice, in fact it reminded me of an article I had recently in Computer Active on audio tape which said this type of error can take place if you have not a previous which is being stored your computer's memory, and since Martin had found out cause of the error message which was the setup between the laptop desktop set up not identical on out or in messages, I thought that may be the error that is still in the computers memory. It the article said what to do if that happened but I emailed Andrew and he said it can be risky doing it. Meanwhile the chairman for the Kent Association for the Blind has at last got a promise from the Manager of the I.TO department to come out this week, I spoke to him today, said it will need Jaws seeing to, says he " I know nothing about Jaws Managers or not" well considering thatin the 2002 they started someI.TO and only had JFW it seems odd tome. very, it seems as if there has been a mass exodus from Jaws then, I will finding more latter in week. I do know that they found Jaws hard to teach dolphin easier, however I am certain in my facts they only had Jaws when the IT programme started. I have asked Andrew to sending settings and will print off yours. I am glad the Chairman is taking a personal interest, that's good today he has sent me his call sign his a radio ham,not that I can do much with it, but nice to have and a photograph of his Observation tower whereas his Telescope set up to search the sky at night. I tried to see it Lunar darkens it. However at least I feel I ha aan allie, incidentally I managed to slowJaws down as you said to, in fact I recalled they were the first key strokes I learned but forgot , well you forget thebasics if you only have problems.Ally ----- Original M essage ----- From: "Dorothy Ingram-Gorban" <user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, March 03, 2006 9:25 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] Verbosity etc Tiddy. > I will have a go at it.
