Subject: Seeking blind and partially volunteers to test the first ever
official audio description listings website

Hi,

The RNIB Broadcasting and Talking Images Team is working with the BBC on
a project to enable users of the website radiotimes.com to search for
programmes that are audio-described. This will be the first ever
official website with comprehensive listings that offers this search
functionality.

We are now seeking blind and partially sighted volunteers who have
internet access to test the website and its new functionality and to
give us their users comments. Testing will be required towards the end
of this month. The BBC will supply test web addresses to those taking
part and they will be able to try out the searches on live listings on
the site. Responses will be collated and influence the development of
the project.

If you are interested in participating in this project, then please send
your name and e-mail address to Caroline Taylor on
Caroline.Taylor@xxxxxxxxxxx
by 15 January.

Thank you

Leen Petre
