Hi,

Your email came in as white on black but Erics email was black on black again.
The When you send using Word as your editor it gets sent as HTML - I don't
advise this. If you are sending the text of webpages to someone then you can
just paste it into the message as text, which works fine for most people, or
paste it into word or something and then attach it as a word or RTF document.
Note that when people talk about RTF email this is HTML. Microsoft have
certain extensions they use in HTML email which has been called at some points
"RTF email". However, it works in the same way as HTML email - i.e, so that
other programs can read it.

The bottom line - if you send in plain text you will get a lot less problems.

Andrew.

 Dear Claire

Thanks for that info on e-mails & black on black.

I thought that was quite interestinig that if you send it as say an .rtf file
it's OK, but if sent as HTML it isn't.

That's fine, I guess, if your not sending web pages to somebody. If you are
then those will be in some sort of "HTML" format.

Otherwise people will have to send the web based text to say WORD or similar &
get the file TYPE changed to TEXT ONLY.

Oh well at least you've probably nailed that problem.

Regards For Now

Eric
