Catherine Turner I found the business of Carte, which I assume is a shopping Carte on this information by Ian, also the bit about bugs if you are using assistive tech. regarding ServicePack3 I have been asking for some weeks now in fact on and off since March 31, when do we using Xp and Jaws 9 get Sp3 and getting an answer was so hard in fact impossible so I assume no one knows for sure? I do recall a good bit ago both George and Tristram saying not yet, but that was before Jaws 9 recent update. Regards Dorothy

Ps I also asked about silverlite and was told it was in "beta version but my Windows update kept offering it to me. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Iain Lackie" <ilackie@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

You'll find the Flash player on www.adobe.com.

  Hi list
I was looking for that Flash thing last night, went into Updates and Service Pack 3 was arriving, I did not realize it was Sp3 until it had gone on for a long time. I did ask the list weeks ago about Sp3 because when Lunar Support that is Dolphin was trying to solve the Interceptor problem, last day of March, they said they had been using Sp3 for a good while and Sp1 for Vista, I did not see or hear George say it was ready for us, this morning the Desktop is it says checking my personal Settings and Memory, I am typing this on my laptop and will not download anything at all until I get some feed back. Using Jaws 9 and update XP Home I.E 7 and as I thought all windows updated but not Sp3

Can anyone tell me should I have accepted Sp3, I was actually looking for that Flash thing to get at that Moody Blues Website.

Thanks Dorothy
