Does it matter what name is used? Nit picking like this isn't going to help
anyone, particularly Dorothy. All it is succeeding in doing is alienating
her when she needs help. The difficulty's Dorothy has been having is
manifest in the format of her messages and the struggle to do what is right
can be seen in the change in the format that must have taken some great
effort. All that is needed is compassion and constructive advice.
