When you were setting up your message rule, did you select apply to the in box?
This maybe your problem. re-do the rule and apply to your in box.

Hello everyone,
Recently I have been trying to set up my Outlook Express into individual
folders for certain things, I.e. a folder for Jaws-UK etc.
I followed the instructions and everything seemed fine. All the E-mails I
had already received from the JAWS-uk went into the folder, but none of the new
ones have done so.
Anyone got any ideas!...
