Hi Nigel.
I didn't need to upgrade but a sighted person did it for me without asking
if I wanted to upgrade or not. They also upgraded me to the latest version
of outlook express which I use for e-mails and that's not working as it used
to either. I would love to go back to my previous version of internet
explorer and outlook express but I just don't know how to do it.
