Hi Gordon,

Could you contact me off list using one of the methods at the end of my

Thanks

Hi Mark and Robert
It's likely that you are using the Freecom stick with their latest software,

which I gather is not too accessible. The earliest appears to have been the
best. They ship the product with a different company's software program -
I'm not sure whether their own program is on your disk or not. Having spoken

to their technical help they are not too complimentary about the current
software. If you find you have their own software and you can't get it to
work, assuming there' no major difference in thehardware, then you could try

to get an earlier software copy - perhaps from the websit, the echnical help

people, or if it's not causing copyright problems - I can't see how it is if

you have bought the sticks - I could send it to you.

Later versions of Jaws work well with it - yes there are buttons on the
screen which don't identify themselves, but when you're in the screen window

you should be able to use the fairly extensive context menu, by right
clicking on it or by using the right hand context menu key on the keyboard.
Also there were shortcuts, e.g. control and 'e' for the epg, control and 'o'

to give a file open and utility menu. Most things work by keypresses.
Hope ties helps.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem as Mark too! Any help on or off list would
be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Robert
