Just in time I think as one by one it was blocked or black listed with all
my friends I was reduced to using third parties as middle men to transport.
I switched to Zen, they were so helpful and kind. It was confusing in that
I seemed to be sending from both ISP's but it was not that it was the use
of the Email address carries on so it gives people time to be contacted and
you do not miss incoming mail. I was told by Tony Berry who did the wireless
side that Freeserve could stop much of the problem. They are blocked for
their Spam Policy. . I know some people who seem to be using Freeserve and
not too many problems but Tony explained they could be exporting a different
route. It was a bit too technical for me to grasp..
Zen could not have been kinder and more helpful. No floaty Overseas call
centre a local rate for technical calls. No year tie up but monthly. I am
so glad to be able to send to friends and know it reaches them before
I couldn't even reply on theirs.. Dorothy.
