Hi tiddy your anti-virus is outof date did you try Kevin's suggestion? Ps if you use it Belarc Advisor was also updated on Wednesday but you had to ask for the May update it was not an automatic download

Hi, I use an old version of Agent - version 1.9, as, at the time, version 2 wouldn't work with Jaws.
