An unsent messsage is *not* put into the Sent Items folder. It will
remain in the Outbox until sent; or you may put it into the Drafts
folder, by hitting escape when finished writing the message and agreeing
to save.

Barry,
couldn't Dorothy just write the message in her email client and if it
won't
send it will be put in the sent items folder. If she close her email
client
and reloads it, it should send.
Also does 150 pounds for a monitor on ebay sound a good price?
