Hi Kevin nice to hear from you Yes I have a Spam box at the top of Sent items, since moving to Zen from Freeserve it has been empty, truly not had 1 Spam,difference is amazing between the 2 Isp's Kevin how is that free anti-virus going now? When I log into my Tiscali webmail there is a spam folder which all junk/spam is directed into by my ISP. I check this several times a week and delete messages (99 out of 100 are spam but the odd 1 per cent goes there in error).
Dorothy, maybe your ISP has a spam folder which you access via logging into your account on their website.

There is no junk folder in OE. That's windows mail in vista.

Hi List, I have heard mention of a Junk folder but never found it, recall asking once before along with several others. I still couldn't locate it I have at top of Sent in Oe a Spambox, is always empty. I tried last time to load up Internet Explore and delete temporary Files,not knowing what else to do .Any help much appreciated Dorothy
