Hi Dorothy,
In addition to the steps I gave you:
After you check the checkbox with spacebar, and tabbed to the Edit
spinbox of 5 (seconds), shift-tab four times to the OK button and hit
enter. No change was made before, because we didn't ok the change.
Now, ok it, go back in and look at it. HTH
Don't know if that'll solve anything for you; but the devil being in the
detail, and all that ...

the is what I did I taped of you instructions and put then in front of

tried to follow them. I have been in that area before looking at
accounts
and other things each time I though I got it I then found it not
altered.
and the time of the Email still wrong but the clock is correct. I tried
so
hard. Then I had a little look around and heard it say clean up and
was
interested and heard the word Defrag. So I did what it said I have
never
done this before.. It gave me info. about size of hard drive and what I
had
used and then things I couldn't full Nts or something re Graphics. .
It
made the same sound as a full system scan. A sort of purring sound. to
the
top left of the screen I could make out the word Defrag.. I do not know
what
the percentage 55 percent means I just left it to do it's stuff. So at
least I did do something today they may help me . I then triggered that
old
blighter Narrator and now will recall how to get rid of home and then
the
Magnifier wanted to do use it I ignore it all.. I then logged off and
reloaded and all seems ok but the unread and time of Email is just the
same. Mercifully the laptop is still Ok Jaws shouting his head off.
I know what you say about 1 at a time but what is that Sappy telling in
Outlook Express. I will try your instructions again. Thanks a lot anyway

think it the unread business was easy Tony Berry would have done it.
but
not sure if he noticed it I usually notice things just as they ae going
out
