[jaws-uk] Filter keys ?

Hallo there
Can anyone explain simply just what Filter keys are please? How would I
know if I had any ? Also how would I put them on or remove them please.
Additionally what do they achieve ? I was looking in a subfolder and
found an email from Barry just Barry no other initial and he was sending
me help on how to get out of sticky keys . Now I seem to recall I fell
into that sticky key mess looking at something called Filters . so
before I explore any more can someone please tell me what Filters do
.
