Angela
To move a file from 'My Documents' to your new folder, select the file you
want to move and press control+x to copy its reference to the clipboard.
Open your new folder by pressing enter when it is selcted, then once it's
open, press control+v to paste the document into the new folder. If you
want to copy the document rather than move it, use control+c (Copy) instead
of control+x (Cut).

Cheers
Chris

  Yes, thank you David.
Then there is the issue of pasting a document into that created folder,
the process of which I can't remember. Can you take me throught it again?
  Thanks.
