Yeah you install it as an app on your FB account though not locally on your
machine.

I set these two things up about a month back and I didn't' document how I
did it I'm sorry.  I tend to set these things up then be done with them
until I need to change them.

I can't remember.  I did a search on google for something like update 
facebook through twitter.  It's a facebook appplication that you install, I 
remember that much.
