I am forwarding a question sent to me, I am not sure what the problem is so
therefore how to solve it. Has anyone here any ideas?
All help gratefully received.

Barbara, where do I go to put Albert's settings for the new JAWS back on.
I will be calling with him next week. Pam

Dear Pamela,
I asked Denise about the problems. This was her curt reply.
I have lost all the settings I had in the old system. It doesn't announce
errors, it doesn't put things in alphabetical lists, as I said, it won't
read the first word of a sentence, just the first letter, I am having
difficulty knowing if my mail has been sent and many other little
idiosyncrasies. I still wonder could I put in Jaws Four and merge even
though she says not to do it.
Al
