Wendy,
I'm sure we saw this yesterday. anyway, today I placed my first order, and
it is going to be delivered on Wednesday of next week. I had no problems at
all using the site, but I do have Jaws 8 so that is no doubt the reason.
It is good though that they are going to so much trouble to put matters
right.

sorry about this, I've had to take some time off work due to a family
problem.
To give you an update, we are planning the following:
1) A link at the top of each page on the site for those using
screenreaders which disables the AJAX ( hopefully fixing your problem!)
2) A full site review from a company called AbilityNet which will test
the site against all major screen readers (and different versions of the
same)
Hopefully this will give us a much better idea!

Things seem to have gone quiet on this problem, so I have just checked

site again. Pages are still loading far more slowly than any other site
