Many of you have complained about JAWS loosing focus, so the following
will be of interest to those who have.
 
That said, you'll probably be best to call your local dealer.

So, if anybody out there has a jaws losing focus issue, he tells us

When JAWS looses focus, a message has been placed in JAWS that advises
the user rather than JAWS just hanging. This message is expected when
focus is lost.

If this is continually happening, this is evidence of a possible JAWS
video issue. Video issues must be handled over the phone with the
assistance of a technician. Please call our support hotline at
727-803-8600. We are open from 8:30 to 5:00 eastern time, Monday
through
Friday. We are happy to assist over the phone.

Hi there,
I've been contact with 15 to 20 people who are all Jaws 12 users.
Five
of them, were in a transcribers class in Iowa.  Jaws 12 is losing
focus,
completely.  They told me "Harry, I could be typing in a Windows, and
all the sudden, Jaws 12 takes me to another completely different
window,
and just lose focus."
Now I'm not a Jaws 12 user, and I'm glad I'm not, from all  these
comments these folks have come to me about.
We really need Jaws 12 fixed, so it doesn't lose focus.
