I have since been informed that "fsATProxy.exe" is a component of JAWS
that is part of the mechanism that facilitates JAWS starting
automatically in VISTA. I think unless anyone is really short of memory
I wouldn't consider disabling it in case anyone needs to have JAWS start
automatically at any future point.
