Hi Chris, This is an issue which has plagues us for a while, and is largely dependent on the e-mail client. Can you tell me what e-mail program and version you are using, and if that is then going through a Microsoft Exchange Server and likewise the version of same? Hopefully I'll be able to suggest how the equals signs can be reduced or eliminated. George. -----Original Message----- From: jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mullins, Chris Sent: 28 September 2006 11:13 To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jaws-uk] FAO List Owner/Moderator My last post entitled 'Fonts in Outlook' was sent in RTF format and after being processed by the list, became riddled with spurious characters such as =3D20 and =3D3d. This also happens when I use the recommended format for Jaws users, plain text and it would seem the only format which does not get affected is HTML. This does not happen to everyone using plain text/RTF format, so could anyone offer an explanation about what is going on and apart from using HTML, offer a solution to the problem? =20 =20 Cheers Chris =20 Chris Mullins Analyst/Programmer Management Systems Experian | Landmark House 1 | Experian Way | Nottingham | NG80 1ZZ T: +44 (0) 115 82 86469 chris.mullins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=20 =20 This e-mail has come from Experian, winner of the UK's 'Business of the Year' 2003 and 2005.
