Hi Mostafa,
Are you using an account with admin privileges? You need to be in order to
install JAWS. One way to find out is to open the Start menu and search for
Change User, then choose Change User Account Control settings. If you're
prompted to enter an admin username and password, then you're not using an
account with admin privileges. If you get no such prompt, then the account
you're in is OK.
A second possibility is the download is corrupt. Rename or delete the
downloaded file, then download it again and try to install once more.
If that doesn't solve it, I'd talk to your JAWS supplier. They ought to be able
to get some diagnositics from your computer that might help them come up with a
solution.

Hello everyone, I am attempting to install Jaws 18, December built on a 64 Bit

And then, the installation says the following:

Installing vcredist64
Please wait
Please wait while your system is configured for JAWS.
Installing UninstallUtilities.
Finally, the installation process interrupts with the following error message:
JAWS Setup Package Error
The JAWS setup package could not install the required component RuntimeJAWS.
The process will now exit.
I never encountered this error before. Therefore, I couldn't figure out what is
wrong.
