Hi Rashmi

Tried this and it only takes me to the begging and end of the whole
spreadsheet, not to the fields which contain data. Guess it is different in
2007.

  Hi

I use exel 2003 and jaws 10, and can go to text from one cell to next simply
by pressing control + left arrowand it takes to next cell where the text or
figures is.

  I hope this helps.

I am using JAWS 9 and Excel 2007.

When I enter a spread sheet someone has sent me with some fields already
completed, is there a keystroke for moving through only the fields which
contain data? In other words, how do I find the fields which have text in them
without arrowing through the whole sheet?
