[jaws-uk] E-mailing radio sations query

Hi all,
I have just tried to send an E-mail to Choice FM in London which I receive
via dAB.
As I like their late night show, I decided to contact their presenter.
I had to use forms mode which I think is a bit of a pain but did get through
the whole message.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to send it as an error message came up advising
that me to make sure that my e-mail contains my name or something like that.
As my E-mail doesn't contain my name, is there any way round this problem
and if so, could someone please advise as to how I could get round this.
Also is there any alternative way of sending E-mails without having to use
the god awful forms mode.
Finally how can you correct any mistakes you make when in forms mode as I
don't know how this can be done.
Any help on any or all of the above would be appreciated.
